As promised, here is a description of each house in Hogwarts.

Ravenclaw: The house for those of high intelligence. Rowena Ravenclaw founded the house, and the dormitory is located on the third floor. Ravenclaw's colors are silver and blue, and their symbol is a raven.

Hufflepuff: The house for the kind-hearted. Helga Hufflepuff founded the house and their colors are yellow and....

Slytherin: The house for those who will become great. Salazar Slytherin founded the house, the dormitories are located in the dungeons, and their colors are green and silver. Their symbol is a python, since Salazar Slytherin was a parseltongue. Usually, only pure bloods are sorted into this house.

Gryffindor: The house for the brave. Godric Gryffindor founded the house and the dormitories are located on the seventh floor. Their colors are gold and red and their symbol is a lion.

Here's my character. I hope it's alright!

Name: Elincia (Ella) Drew
Age: 11
Gender: Female
Description: Elincia is a beautiful, selfless girl. She is caring and kind and helpful, and people are naturally attracted to her. She is a good witch, but that is mainly because she puts school as a top priority and studies hard, but she is also a very smart girl. She is very polite, too, and is admired by many. She was raised in Canada, and she barely has an accent.
Appearance: Elincia has blue-green eyes and a bright smile. Her hair is brown and reaches her shoulders, but she usually ties a ribbon in it. Her skin is pale, but not unhealthy, and her figure is slim yet strong. She is around 5'2, so she's a little tall for her age. She has a well-groomed appearance and she carries herself very confidently, but does not appear vain. Rather, she has a strange aura that draws people to her. She's quite beautiful, with high cheekbones and full lips, but does not seem to care that much.
House: Gryffindor
Wand: Elincia's wand is made of rosewood and unicorn tail. It is 6 inches long.
Pet: Elincia has a pet kitten. She is black, and her eyes are blue-green, which is almost impossible for a cat. They match Elincia's eyes exactly. The kitten is named Lucia.
Proficiency: Elincia is very advanced in transfiguration, but she's also good at Defense against the Dark Arts and charms. She is pretty good at most subjects, except Herbology, which she finds difficult.
Personality: Elincia is warmhearted and kind. She enjoys helping people. She is very polite and smart, and she loves people, animals, and all other living things. She is easy to please and easy to befriend. She's very sympathetic, and a very strong girl who has dealt with sad things in the past.
Biography: Elincia was raised by her father. Her mother died when she was very young, killed by a dark wizard. She never knew her grandparents, who were killed by Lord Voldemort. Elincia is a halfblood, born to a muggle-born mother and a pureblooded father. Her father, Edward Harrison, chose to give her the last name of her mother, Alice Drew. Elincia's father was reasonably wealthy, but she was, for the most part, raised away from her father's money. After her mother died, her father moved to Canada with her to hide her from the wizard. When she received her Hogwarts letter, though, they moved back to northern England, in Keswick.

Gender: Female
Description: Willow has long wavy black hair that is almost always tied up – except for on special occasions. It reaches the middle of her back if she lets it down. She has soft tanned skin, big chocolate brown eyes, a small mouth, and a small button nose. Willow is slim slender, and tall for her age. At school, she wears a knee length grey skirt with a white shirt and grey jacket along with her black flats. She also wears her pointed hat. Other times, she usually wears a green flowing strappy top, three-quarter length dark green leggings and black flats.

Wand: Willow's wand is a basic wand made of oak with a dragonheart string core. It's 8 inches long.
Pet: A brown tawny owl called Prydwen.
Proficiency: Willow is average in most classes but is best in herbology and charms.
Personality: Willow loves sitting by the lake, reading and being alone. She loves spending time with animals especially her owl, Prydwen. Willow is very kind and understanding and will usually put others before herself. She is never usually angered easily. Her anger is tied to her tears. Instead of becoming aggressive and loud when she becomes angry she will usually cry. Willow may be kind but she often prefers to be alone. She is very hard working but that doesn't mean she doesn't know hot to procrastinate.
Biography: Willow lived a fairly normal and boring life with her grandparents because her parents travelled a lot and they were sure it wouldn't be good for her education if she went with them. Willow is a muggle and she got very excited when the Hogwarts letter came through the door as she saw it as a new adventure and a chance to meet more friends.

Gender: Male
Description: West has fairly short brown hair that is ruffle and messy but in a way it also looks tidy. He has large brown eyes and always seems to have a cheerful look about him. His look vaguely changes from school uniform to casual. He is usually wearing black trousers and black shoes along with a white shirt.
Appearance:
House: Ravenclaw
Wand: A willow wand with a pheonix feather core. 9 inches long.
Pet: A soot black kitten called moonshine ~ "moon".
Proficiency: He's good in charms and potions.
Personality: West is kind, caring and very intelligent. He is angered easily but he is usually angry at himself and not with anyone who is near him.
Biography: West is a pureblood. He grew up with his large family of 3 sisters and 3 brothers. His father raised them all as his mother had walked out on them. He is the youngest of them all and has learned a great deal from his siblings that have graduated from hogwarts. When he recieved his Hogwarts letter he was over the moon.

I've only red the first book so bare with me. Haha, shameful, I know.

I hope it's OK but I'm deleting Isabella and making a new character, her personality is too hard for me to write constantly I'm not good at writing a depressing character....so instead I'll make a cheerful one!! I'm just going to change my posts so that I can tweak the personality a bit . If anyone has a problem with that let me know via pm . Nothing personal against sad people, I just slip into a happier person too often.

Description: Catherine is ghostly pretty, she has olive toned skin and very light brown hair. She is fairly tall and skinny and always has sort of a sad look about her that doesn't fit her personality.

Wand: 12 inches, mahogany with a Unicorn Hair. Good for Transfiguration
Pet: A small black owl named Tabitha
Proficiency: Transfiguration and Defense of the Dark Arts
Personality: Isabella is perky and happy a lot, although her description of herself is "Bright and Shiny". However, there are times when Isabella seeps into a sad state and goes to her dark place, at which times she is unresponsive. She loves her newfound magic and hopes to one day be an Auror or some other important figure. Isabella is calm most of the time and is good at keeping her cool in a tough situation.
Biography: Isabella was born to two magical parents, both of which work in the ministry of magic, her mother as an auror and her father in the department of magical mishap corrections. Isabella has lived a fairly normal life and would like to consider herself a good witch someday.

Name: Jennifer (Jenny) Mira Hiyashi
Age: 11
Gender: Female
Description: Jennifer has long bond hair that is usually kept up into pigtails with light-blue ribbons. She has deep blue eyes and a smile as well. Jennifer is also what one would call a Pureblood. She is a bit tall for her age.

Wand: 12", Holly, Dragon Heartstring.
Pet: A fluffy brown miniature owl.
Proficiency: She's best in Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts.
Personality: What is the point of writing it? You shall find out in the roleplay.
Biography: Jennifer was raised with her magic parents in London, and is very excited to go to Hogwarts like her older sisters Athena and Suuki did. She has a little sister, Kyona, and a little brother. They moved from Japan when Jennifer was about three, and her sisters were at Hogwarts in a few years.

Description: He has short blonde hair and deep green eyes. He is a pure blood and an excellent Seeker.

Personality:A rather smart pupil, he doesn’t tend to try and get into trouble. He isn’t shy either, always willing to be involved in a conversation or function. He is also a really caring person, who doesn’t take kindly to people being mistreated. He excels at DADA and Potions.
Biography: His mother, Nebraxas Vance Grant is a Healer at St Mungo's, while his father, David Grant, is an Auror. His family is sort of rich, whichc managed to pay for his new broom, the Firebolt 2. He aspires to play Chaser.

Name: Eva Mandela
Age: 11
Gender: Female
Description: Eva is a very boyish girl, who prefers to play sports, or do things that boys do. Though sometimes shy, most of the time she’s just a pure outright spunky girl who will go for her goals, and never gives up. She is very boyish because she lives with her 5 other brothers. Quite similar to the Weasley family, though the Weasleys don’t have black hair, nor have they ever met the Mandelas.
Appearance: Eva has short black hair that stops just below her ear. It flares outward, in a cute little cut, that fits her face perfectly. She is slightly taller than average, and she has a great figure. She is an absolutely beautiful girl, but does not notice that much, as she is normally too busy playing sports of video games to care. She has ocean blue eyes, and a beautiful smile. She prefers to wear boy clothing than girlish clothing like dresses and skirts.
House: Gryffindor

Pet: Barn owl - Jules
Proficiency: Charms or DADA
Personality: A very spunky and outgoing girl, Eva has the tendency to make people laugh, or just to be outright weird. She’s quite boyish, and can sometimes be a bit hyper, but all in all, she is a loyal and unselfish person who always puts her friends before her.
Biography: She lived with her brothers for all her life, and her parents, in a large mansion. Not spoiled at all though, she enjoyed her life and thought it was absolutely perfect, and to her, it still is. All her brothers went to Hogwarts, and she is very excited.
