Threads::

Each member can have a maximum of two threads each; one for poems and one for songs. This way the works of members do not get intermixed and confuse the reader. The thread should be titled with the title suitable to the content of the thread. E.g. A thread containing love poems would have 'love' somewhere in the title. However, please do not make a thread's title too long. You should also input [Poems] or [Songs] in the title to notify readers.

Posting::

Double posting in this forum is permitted but only within your own thread. It is preferred that you only double post if there has been 6 hours between your first post and the second post unless you wish to post each poem/song in a separate post.

Content::

The content of your poems /songs, at this time, should not go above PG-13. If the content of your story is not 'Everyone' rated please put [PG-13] somewhere within the title of your story to warn younger members.

Off-Topic/Chatting::

If you wish to discuss something that is not related to the poem / song you are replying to you should take it to either [General Writing Discussion], [General Discussion] or PM. If a member is posting off-topic messages in your thread, kindly re-direct them to one of the above threads and report their message for deletion. If they continue, report their posts and/or notify a moderator.

Bumping::

Please do not bump up old threads without a good reason. If you wish to comment on an old thread of poems/songs, feel free. If you, as the author, wish to revive a poems/songs thread you haven't worked on in a while to work on it once more, feel free. Otherwise, do not post in an old thread.

Copyright::

If you notice that your poems/songs have been copied and posted elsewhere on the internet without your permission, please notify the administrator at once.

Anyone caught copying another member's work, will be banned permanently. This includes, re-writing another members idea/work. If more than one piece of work is very similar but by two different members, both parties will be contacted before, if any, action is taken.

I reserve the right to change, update, add, or remove any rule as I see fit.

Thread Creation::

In the first post, it may help readers if you give a little information about your poems/songs through the means of a Statistics List, and an Author's Note - a few words from you about how or why the poems/songs came to be. It may also be helpful, after posting many poems/songs and recieving many comments, to provide an index in the first post so that readers may find the poems/songs easily.
